The Seychelles Police Force confirms that the search and rescue operation for two missing Seychellois fishermen, Dario Sangullion, 30, and Rico Josias, 27, both from Anse Royale, has been officially suspended. They were reported missing on 5th October 2024.
After an extensive 10-day search conducted by the Seychelles Coast Guard and Seychelles Air Force, no further leads have been discovered.
The relevant authorities will continue to monitor the situation for any additional information that may assist in locating the two fishermen.

La police des Seychelles confirme que l'opération de recherche et de sauvetage de deux pêcheurs seychellois portés disparus, Dario Sangullion, 30 ans, et Rico Josias, 27 ans, tous deux originaires d'Anse Royale, a été officiellement suspendue. Ils ont été portés disparus le 5 octobre 2024.
Après 10 jours de recherches approfondies menées par les garde-côtes des Seychelles et l'armée de l'air des Seychelles, aucune autre piste n'a été découverte.
Les autorités compétentes continueront de surveiller la situation pour obtenir toute information supplémentaire susceptible d'aider à localiser les deux pêcheurs.
